I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the password reset option on the login page. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.
I cannot log in to my account.
Confirm that you are using the correct email address and password. If you still cannot log in, reset your password or contact support.
Can I change my username?
You can change your username once for free by visiting the My Account page and clicking Change Username in the list of options.
Where do I start in Ticuto?
Start by exploring Hubble Town and speaking with NPCs. Quests will help introduce you to crafting, exploring, and other game systems. You can also review the Starter Guide on the Ticuto Wiki.

How do I earn Gold?
You can earn Gold through gameplay activities such as quests, crafting, collecting, selling items, and participating in events.
How do I get more stamina?
Stamina regenerates over time. Food and future gameplay upgrades may also help restore or improve stamina.
Something disappeared from my space. What should I do?
Check your inventory first. If the item is still missing, contact support with your username, the space name, and the missing item.
What is VIP?
VIP is Ticuto’s premium subscription. It unlocks exclusive features, in-game perks, VIP badges, sneak peeks, priority access, early access, the Discord VIP role, the VIP Shop, exclusive layouts, more friends, and unlimited fast travel within the same world. Learn more about VIP.
What Shards are included with VIP?
Each VIP package includes Shards at the start of your subscription and every renewal. The 1 month plan includes 300 Shards per month, the 3 month plan includes 900 Shards every 3 months, and the 12 month plan includes 3,600 Shards every year.
How do VIP tiers work?
VIP tier badges reward active VIP time. Bronze unlocks instantly, Silver unlocks at 6 months, Gold unlocks at 12 months, and Crystalite unlocks at 24 months. Time only counts while your VIP subscription is active, and VIP badges can only be displayed while you are an active VIP.
How do I manage or cancel VIP?
Visit My Account, then open Manage Billing. From there, you can update your payment method, view your renewal date, or cancel your subscription.
What happens if I cancel VIP?
You keep your VIP perks until the end of your current billing period. After that, VIP-only features are disabled.
Can I gift VIP to a friend?
Yes. You can purchase a 1 month VIP pass for a friend. After purchase, you receive a voucher code that can be shared with another player. The voucher only works for players who are not already VIP.
How does the VIP Shop work?
The VIP Shop includes exclusive items and styles available only to VIP members. Limited-time VIP items rotate monthly, and when a monthly item leaves the shop, it is vaulted for at least 3 years.
My VIP is not showing in game.
Log out and back in first. If VIP still does not appear, contact support with your username and payment email.
I need help with VIP.
If your VIP perks, Shards, badge, Discord role, or billing status are not showing correctly, contact support with your username and the email used for your purchase.
I purchased Shards but did not receive them.
Purchases can take a short time to process. If they still do not appear, contact support with your username, payment email, and transaction details. You may also try logging out, waiting a few minutes, then logging back in.
Can purchases be refunded?
All purchases are final and no refunds will be given under any circumstances. In the event that a transaction is reversed and/or cancelled, the user who redeemed the purchase will be permanently banned.
The game is not loading.
Refresh the page, clear your browser cache, and make sure your browser is up to date. Ticuto works best in modern browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
The game feels slow or laggy.
Close extra browser tabs, disable heavy extensions, and check your internet connection. Older devices may have lower performance in busy spaces.
How do I report a bug?
If something is not working correctly, please submit a bug report with your username, what happened, what you expected to happen, and any steps to reproduce the issue. Report a bug.

- Human Moderation Team: Our moderation team reviews flagged content and helps maintain a friendly environment.
- Profanity Filter: Ticuto blocks obscene, offensive, racist, sexist, and inappropriate language. VIP members are allowed to disable the profanity filter, however, it only applies to the messages they receive.
- Chat Logging: Chat interactions are securely logged to help investigate and resolve issues.
- Age Restriction: Ticuto is designed for players aged 13 and older.

How do I report another player?
Contact support with your username, the other player’s username, what happened, when it happened, and any screenshots if available.
What should I do if someone is harassing me?
Do not continue engaging with them. Report the behavior to support with as much detail as possible so the moderation team can review it.
